Pan seared chicken in a roasted garlic gravy with green beans.

Served over quinoa. Dinner salad included.

Tuesday - Grilled Chicken Greek Salad

Fresh Romain lettuce, cucumber, Roma, tomatoes, beets, banana peppers,

fresh garbanzo beans, feta cheese, and red onion.

Topped with grilled chicken.

Homemade pink Greek dressing & grilled pita included.

Wednesday - Salmon Piccata

Grilled, Wild caught Salmon, in a fresh piccata sauce with capers and artichoke hearts.

Served over a spinach orzo.

Thursday- Italian Sausage Cavatappi

Italian sausage with San Marino, basil tomato sauce, and Cavatappi noodles.

Topped with grated Romano Locatelli cheese .

Dinner Salad & homemade focaccia bread included.
